General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Very likely you are having a viral infection and it is taking its time to completely go away. If no fever and no severe headaches you don't need special treatment but just drink plenty, do some nasal lavage with saline solution 2-3 times a day to help the sinuses clear up. sometimes local nasal steroids may help improve quicker.

Pressure in the ears can last for a few weeks up to 2-3 months in some cases and in adults it is not of much concern unless it is beyond 2 months and needs to be investigated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
